Accounts
GenXTime accounts are provisioned per institution. Access is granted by your institution's administrator, who assigns your role (Dean, Principal, HOD, Teacher, or Student) and scope (college, department, or section). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree to use GenXTime only for legitimate scheduling, substitution, and calendar management within your institution. You may not attempt to access data outside your assigned role or scope, interfere with the service, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
Institution responsibilities
Your institution is responsible for the accuracy of the timetable, staffing, and calendar data it enters, for assigning appropriate roles to its users, and for promptly removing access for users who leave the institution.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost within its stated limits. Paid plans (Growth and Institution) are billed as agreed at signup. We will notify your institution before any plan change that affects billing.
Service availability
We aim to keep GenXTime available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect access.
Termination
Your institution may stop using GenXTime at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that risks the security or integrity of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GenXTime after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
