How do accounts get created?
Sign in with Google to create an account instantly. New accounts start in a pending state until an admin at your institution assigns a role and department, so nobody gets access to the wrong data.
Can students self-register?
Students sign in with Google like everyone else, then wait for approval from their department. There's no open self-signup that bypasses institutional approval.
What happens when a teacher is unavailable?
The teacher declares their unavailability, which automatically drafts a substitution request. Once an HOD approves it, the substitution is applied only to that date — your permanent schedule is never overwritten.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move from Free to Growth or Institution as your department count and teacher count grow — just contact us and we'll help you migrate.
